I will look at all areas of your property related to energy efficiency. Starting with the roof I take a look at walls and windows (double glazing). I check floor type. I make a judgement about your heating system and your hot water system and take into account any renewable systems you have, such as solar panels. This allows me to provide you with an EPC certificate. After this there is an opportunity to discuss any energy efficiency improvements that you might like to make.
